Their mission is to provide phenomenal senior trips to graduating high school students of all backgrounds. Today, they continue to travel to new oceans and beaches creating one-of-a-kind senior trip experiences for their travelers.

Brand Strategy
Led the revitalization of the brand, adopting a comprehensive 360 approach that covered all brand aspects.
Collaborating seamlessly with the US and Canadian teams, I crafted an impactful brand strategy to elevate the customer experience at every touchpoint. This entailed transformative projects such as web and logo redesign, complemented by a robust marketing strategy. My adept stakeholder management skills fostered strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving alignment and enthusiasm for crucial brand initiatives.
I developed strategic brand frameworks and guidelines to facilitate global expansion opportunities while overseeing agency partners to leverage digital strategies in support of brand objectives. With a strategic focus on social media, I skillfully curated engaging content across platforms, effectively conveying the brand's voice to diverse audiences.
My financial acumen enabled the establishment of KPIs and targets, deftly managing budgets to optimize both brand and financial health. Through proficient project management, I ensured the seamless execution of brand development, travel programs, on-site activations, and sponsorships, empowering the youth travel brand to flourish and achieve enduring success.

Social Strategy
I played a key role in elevating brand awareness and driving lead generation by implementing effective social media strategies, specifically focusing on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram. Crafting compelling content that resonated with their audience our primary aim was to strengthen the brand's visibility and generate more potential customers. Starting with a mere 500 likes on their TikTok channel, our efforts have resulted in substantial growth, with over 100,000+ likes to date, attesting to the success of our approach in achieving the set objectives.
